I'm in. I've seen this type of behaivour from other big companies. If the little guy has the funds to take them to court, they usually win. That's the big problem, big bussiness have the resources and will drag it out, draining the little guys bank account, or until they give in. Sad day in our country when this type of stuff happens.

It's lame that they pick on a web presence that doesn't make a lot of money and offers ZERO competition. Nobody will mistake that logo or the name with Monster Energy drinks.
