Yes, I have bought it there before. They have a few different grades of it or however they term the different numbers.

They do have tube(its on a display showing the sizes on the front desk) as well as Weld on. The lower the number the thinner the glue. Usually you use 3 or 4 for putting together 2 peices, and a higher number for wholes(Jimmy correct me if I got that wrong)

They also have ABS plastic, for a lot cheaper if you don't need to see through it.

Yes they were very helpful. And the guy was pretty funny he was always offering suggestions and not on the most over kill expensive stuff that was the first time I seen a business not try and sell you on the most expensive stuff haha

Does anyone know how to make a keyhole flange?

There is a router bit for it. I have one if you would like to use it.

I have that router bit and all that need to be done is have a jig made to support the flange.
